Getting Started - LeadSoft Quickstart Guide.
The purpose of this guide is to get you started with Leadsoft.
The first thing you'll want to do when you get started on LeadSoft is set up your business profile, email address/phone number, invite your teammates, etc.
You know, the basics of actually getting on the platform - this guide goes into detail about how you can set up your business account and invite your staff.
Once you've got everything set up, you'll want to familiarize yourself with our contacts and opportunities section and set up your first sales pipeline.
Don't worry, it's a lot quicker than you think!
Once you've got your contacts loaded and your sales strategy laid out, it's time to get to work. That's where tasks and conversations come in. This guide will help you make sure you don't drop the ball on any of your customers or warm leads.
Finally, if you want to increase the personal touch a little bit and send out emails from your own email address and domain, you'll need to hook up your domain to Leadsoft.
Once you've connected your domain, you should be able to start sending email from Leadsoft using any email at that domain - so you should only have to do this once unless you change your email domain.
Finally, you're going to want to set up your Leadsoft Phone Number.
Your Leadsoft phone number can be used to send texts and make calls from your browser, track inbound calls directly through your CRM, automate your text messages, and even powerdial your leads.
You'll notice that Leadsoft supports both Email and Phone (as well as a LinkedIn integration that is coming soon) - all of those services are connected in one channel so you can keep track of your conversations whether they are happening by email, phone, or text.
